Ms. Rudd-Hidalgo concentrates her practice in the areas of Family Law and Wills and Successions. She is capable of handling a variety of family law issues including, divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, community property partitions, grandparents' rights, prenuptial agreements and intra-family adoptions. She is also trained to handle a relatively new approach to divorce that focuses on resolution and avoids litigation, known as Collaborative Divorce.

Ms. Rudd-Hidalgo has over 15 years of experience in litigation. Prior to turning her attention to issues of family and domestic law, she handled medical malpractice cases, and personal injury cases. She has also been responsible for mass tort claims involving thousands of claims of products liability for the manufacture of certain diet drugs.
